Plaintiff Trevor Burt claims that his employer, the National Republican Club of Capitol Hill (the "Club"), and his supervisor, Stanley Lawson, the Club's General Manager (collectively, "defendants"), discriminated against him based on his race in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and the District of Columbia Human Rights Act ("DCHRA"), D.C.Code § 2-1401
