On September 8, 2009, defendant Jose Marte pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute Oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance, in forms commonly known as Oxycontin, Percocet, and Endocet, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(b)(1)(C).
