Defendants Usman Vakil and Farooq Vakil (collectively, "the Vakils") move to dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission ("the FTC") pursuant to Rules 9(b) and 8(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
