KENNETH M. KARAS, District Judge:

Defendants Royal Bank of Canada ("RBC") and RBC Capital Markets Corporation ("RBCCMC") removed the present action from state court. Plaintiffs MBIA Insurance Corporation ("MBIA") and La-Crosse Financial Products, LLC ("La-Crosse") move to remand this case back to state court and for attorneys' fees.
