MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

Juan Daniel Lugo pleaded guilty to conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with intent to distribute, methamphetamine and marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). The district court1 sentenced him to a prison term of 240 months. Because the district court did not clearly err in determining the identity of the substance for sentencing purposes, we affirm.
