Dinesh Sethi appeals his sentence following a guilty plea to one count of wire fraud in a six-count indictment, charging him with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. He challenges the district court's1 sentencing enhancements, the court's failure to vary downward, and the court's award of restitution. We affirm.
