BROWN, Circuit Judge:

Pro se appellant Abdulwahab Nattah challenges the district court's order granting, inter alia, L-3 Communications Titan Group's1 (L-3) motion to dismiss and dismissing his complaint with prejudice as to all defendants and all claims. We affirm the district court's order in part, but remand for further proceedings on Nattah's non-monetary claims against the Secretary of the Army and his breach of contract claim...
