On August 12, 2009, the Court held a hearing to consider the remaining matters ancillary to the above-named parties' divorce, namely property division, alimony, attorney's fees and costs.1 A prior Order of this Court issued April 07, 2009, ordered Husband to pay interim alimony in the amount of $1,100.00 per month.
