This is an amended petition for a new trial filed January 22, 2009. The petitioner, Troy S. Thomas, alleges that "uncharged misconduct" witnesses (Detectives Nathaniel Ortiz and Alfred Henderson) engaged in criminal activity resulting in subsequent arrests and convictions, which, at a new trial, would be used to impeach their testimony. It is also asserted that such information is newly discovered, could not have been discovered...
