Defendant, Rhoderick T. Flockhart, appeals the judgment of conviction entered on a jury verdict finding him guilty of possession of marijuana and distribution of marijuana. Because the trial court erred by permitting the jury to engage in predeliberation discussions about the case, and we cannot conclude the error was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt, we vacate the judgment of conviction and remand for further proceedings consistent...
