SALADINO, Bankruptcy Judge.

Chad R. Toftness appeals the judgment of the bankruptcy court1 dated June 1, 2010, revoking the debtor-defendant's discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(d)(2). We have jurisdiction over this appeal from the final order of the bankruptcy court. See 28 U.S.C. § 158(b). For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
