Plaintiff Dwayne M. Murray, chapter 7 trustee, sued debtors Jennifer Michelle Nagy, Jeffrey Howard Nagy1 and Chase Home Finance "(Chase")2 to avoid a transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 549 and to turn over funds under 11 U.S.C. § 542. The trustee cannot avoid the transfer or compel debtor Jennifer Nagy to turn over the funds.
