Appellant, Frederick Dwayne Mason, appeals from the denial of his petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37. Appellant was convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of theft of property, and one count of second-degree battery, and he was sentenced to a total of 660 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
