Edgil appeal from an advsrse judgment entered in an action involving a dispute regarding the ownership of a strip of land ("the disputed strip") located in the south half of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 13 South, Range 12 West, in Fayette County ("the half-quarter-quarter section").
