Vincent Martez Trawick was convicted of murder, a violation of § 13A-6-2, Ala. Code 1975. The trial court sentenced Trawick to of 99 years' imprisonment. Trawick made an oral motion for a judgment of acquittal and filed a motion for a new trial, both which were denied. This appeal followed.
