Bailey, was convicted of trafficking methamphetamine, a violation of § 13A-12-231(6), Ala.Code 1975; unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-12-218, AIa.Code 1975; and possession of precursor chemicals, a violation of § 20-2-190, Ala.Code 1975. The circuit court sentenced Bailey as a habitual felony offender to life imprisonment...
