Petitioner, an inmate, was charged in two separate misbehavior reports with violating various prison disciplinary rules. Following respective tier III disciplinary hearings, petitioner was found guilty on October 15, 2007 of threatening the staff and on October 19, 2007 of refusing a direct order and losing state property.
