FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted John Middlebrook of bankruptcy fraud, making a false declaration in a bankruptcy proceeding, making a false oath in a bankruptcy proceeding, and fraudulent concealment of property. The district court sentenced Middlebrook to 32 months' imprisonment. The court also imposed a restitution obligation on Middlebrook in the amount of $1,590,190.
