The defendant was originally charged, by information, with sexual abuse in the third degree, in violation of Penal Law § 130.55. On October 8, 2008 the People filed a prosecutor's information superceding the original information (see CPL 100.50 [2]), containing the original charge and adding counts including forcible touching, in violation of Penal Law § 130.52 and endangering the welfare of a child...
