OPINION

YOUNG, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, John M. Ramby, appeals a decision of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas awarding judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Daniel P. Morgan, on claims of contribution, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of employment agreement. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
