David Dollar was injured during a science project at his middle school. David's father, John Dollar, acting individually and on behalf of David, sued numerous school personnel in their individual capacities, including a teacher, Patricia Grammens; the principal, Deborah Sarver; and the superintendent, Paula Gault.
