¶ 1 Ryan Hunter was prohibited from possessing firearms after, as a juvenile, he pleaded guilty to having repeated forced sexual contact with his two younger sisters. Now an adult, Hunter appeals from the superior court's denial of his petition to restore his right to possess firearms. Hunter contends both that the trial court was required to grant his petition and that, if it was not, the statute mandating this result is unconstitutional. However...
