{¶1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("Nationwide") and Stephen S. Zarcone, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, American Electric Power ("AEP"). For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
