Justice GREIMAN delivered the opinion of the court:

Following a jury trial, defendant Kevin Bailey was found guilty of first degree murder, armed robbery and two counts of burglary and sentenced to concurrent terms of 80 years in prison for murder, 30 years for armed robbery and 7 years for burglary. We affirmed defendant's conviction and sentence on appeal. See People v. Bailey, 259 Ill.App.3d 180,
