This appeal stems from a Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 76a motion asking the trial court to seal two DVDs containing information obtained from Coastal Bend College ("Coastal Bend"). The trial court determined the documents were not "court records" under Rule 76a and were, therefore, not open to the public.
