We reject Defendants' contention that we may not consider the allegations and evidence concerning CDNs in assessing whether Plaintiff made a prima facie showing of express aiming. Plaintiff expressly pleaded facts concerning Defendants' use of U.S.-based CDNs in the operative complaint...
