Alan PHILLIPS and Robert Warwick, in their capacities as co-Trustees of the Marital Trust created under Section 2 of Article IV of the Hugh MacRae II Revocable Declaration of Trust; and Robert Warwick, Hugh MacRae III, and Nelson MacRae, in their capacities as co-Trustees of the Family Trust created under Section 3 of Article IV of the Hugh MacRae II Revocable Declaration of Trust which Family Trust is the sole remainder beneficiary of the Marital Trust v. Eunice Taylor MacRAE and Marguerite Bellamy MacRae, in her capacity as a beneficiary of the Family Trust.
