Dicus, appeals the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Washington County following his conviction by a jury of one count of the class E felony of unlawful use of a weapon, in violation of section 571.030.1(4) RSMo. (2016), and one count of the class A misdemeanor of fourth-degree assault, in violation of section 565.056 RSMo. (2016). The jury acquitted Defendant of one count of resisting lawful detention....
