ORDER

The Missouri State Highway Patrol Criminal Records Repository appeals the trial court's judgment granting C.C.R.'s ("Petitioner's") petition for removal from the Missouri Sex Offender Registry and directing that Petitioner's name be removed from the registry. We find no error has occurred.
