Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC ("Jefferson Capital") appeals the trial court's decision denying its motion to compel arbitration filed in connection with its underlying breach of contract claim against Stephanie Rice and Rice's class-action counterclaim against Jefferson Capital. We find no error has occurred.
