Order

Appellant Aurelius Maxson appeals his convictions for two counts of second-degree statutory sodomy following a jury trial. Maxson argues that the trial court erred by overruling his challenge under Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986) to the State's peremptory strike of an African American from the venire. We find no racial pretext for the strike. Affirmed.
