ORDER

Mark E. Wright ("Defendant") appeals from the Judgment upon his conviction following a jury trial for one count of arson in the first degree in violation of Section 569.040 RSMo 2000. Defendant was sentenced as a prior offender to ten years of imprisonment. We affirm.
