ORDER

Douglas White appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing claiming his plea counsel was ineffective for failing to investigate a witness. We affirm the motion court's judgment because we find White failed to establish the testimony of the witness would provide a viable defense, and therefore White failed to establish his plea counsel was ineffective.
