Following a jury trial, Falonzo Davis was found guilty of second-degree murder under § 565.021, RSMo 2000, and armed criminal action under § 571.015, RSMo 2000, in connection with the shooting death of Steven Jones. Davis appealed his convictions and sentences, and this Court affirmed. See State v. Davis,
