ORDER

Martez Antuan Pearson ("Defendant") appeals from the Judgment upon his conviction following a jury trial for stealing, in violation of Section 570.030 RSMo 2000. Defendant was sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to imprisonment for seven years. We affirm.
