¶ 1 At its September 6, 2018, En Banc Conference the Court considered the personal restraint petition filed by Royal Drayton. The petition challenges his convictions for first degree assault with a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm, and alleges that he has newly discovered evidence that exonerates him.
