The Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 ("EAPA"), Pub. L. No. 114-125, 130 Stat. 122 (2016), which was signed into law on February 24, 2016, made numerous amendments to the antidumping and countervailing duty laws found under Title 19 of the United States Code.
