The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 21-062, concluding that David C. Steinmetz of Lakewood, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2005, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.15(a) (negligent misappropriation of client funds and commingling of funds), RPC 1.15(d)(failure to comply with the record-keeping requirements of Rule 1:21-6);
