The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-213, concluding on the record pursuant to Rule 1:20-4(f)(default by respondent), that Irvin Tobin of Hillside, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1957, should be censured for violating RPC 1.15(d) (failure to comply with the recordkeeping provisions of Rule 1:21-6) and RPC 8.1(b) (failure to cooperate with disciplinary authorities);
