The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-361, concluding that Ulysses Isa of Union City, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2006, and who has been suspended from the practice of law since May 9, 2018, pursuant to Orders of the Court filed May 9, 2018, December 7, 2018, and July 17, 2019, should be censured for violating RPC 1.3(lack of diligence),
