Walter S. Marble appeals from the bankruptcy court's1 order granting Patricia Wallace's motion for judgment on the pleadings and denying his motion for summary judgment. The bankruptcy court determined that the debt owed by Marble to Wallace under the hold harmless provision of their marital settlement agreement is not dischargeable. We affirm.
