After Sentinel Management Group, Inc., entered bankruptcy, the court appointed Frederick Grede as its trustee. A plan of reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code created a trust to hold most of Sentinel's assets (valued at more than $500 million) while its business was being wound up, its investments cashed out, and its claims paid.
