Fab Idris, plaintiff below, appeals the trial court's judgment granting the Motion for Directed Verdict pursuant to La.Code Civ. Proc. Art. 1810 filed on behalf of the defendant, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
