The defendant, Jacob O. Centeno, pled guilty to aggravated unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle (625 ILCS 5/4-103.2(a)(3) (West 2004)). The court sentenced him to a 36-month term of Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities (TASC) probation.
