Plaintiff appeals from a limited judgment arising from a partial summary judgment in favor of her former employer, defendant Salem-Keizer School District 24J (the district). According to plaintiff, she was sexually harassed and assaulted by defendant Mayoral, who was her supervisor while she worked for the district, and she suffered retaliation after reporting Mayoral's conduct.
