The respondent, Kevin Heard, appeals from an order of the Peoria County circuit court registering for enforcement a child support order entered against him in Germany. Kevin objected to the registration and enforcement of the order in Illinois because he maintained that Germany did not have personal jurisdiction over him due to inadequate contact with Germany and failure to serve him with notice of the proceedings...
