Creditor GMAC objected to confirmation of Debtor Judy Clariece Cook's Chapter 13 Plan for failing to comply with the requirements of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(5)(B)(ii) because it undervalued GMAC's claim, which is secured by Debtor's 2006 Saturn Vue ("the Vehicle").1 The Court confirmed Debtor's Plan subject to the allowance of GMAC's secured claim.
