Plaintiffs, Deidre and Brian Morales, appeal a summary judgment rendered in favor of one of the defendants, Louisiana-I Gaming, a Louisiana Partnership in Commendam d/b/a Boomtown Casino (hereinafter referred to as "Boomtown"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
