The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Debra Warner ("Ms. Warner"), the holder of a promissory note1, and against the defendants, Alex Enterprises, Inc., and Louis T. Age ("Mr. Age"), the solidary obligors on the note. The judgment arguably awards the total unpaid principal, contractual interest, attorney's fees and judicial interest on the aggregated amount.2
