This is an appeal in a workers' compensation case by the employer and its insurance carrier from an adjudication of contempt against the insurer only, Gray Insurance Company ("Gray"), for disobedience of an order of the OWC judge and the imposition of fines of $100.00 per day for each day of disobedience of the order. For the reasons we give below, we reverse the judgment, and remand to the OWC for further proceedings consistent with this opinion...
